Liam Karry | Artistic Producer

Liam Karry (he/him) is the founding and current Artistic Director of Single Thread Theatre Company. He is a founding member of the Kingston Theatre Alliance and The Kick & Push Festival, and currently serves on the board of anARC theatre. Recent directing credits include: Unless, a site-specific immersive experience produced in Bangkok, Thailand, and Collider, a live VR performance, which was co-produced by FOLDA and the rEvolver Festival in June 2021, and at Summerworks in 2022. His upcoming projects include PXR2025, a national conference on live performance within extended reality, and a return to Bangkok in 2025 to direct a new immersive site-specific work titled Everything You Know Is Wrong.

Amanda Baker | Associate Artistic Producer

Amanda Baker (she/her) is a producer, theatre artist, and technologist specializing in immersive and interactive theatre. She holds a BAH in Computing and the Creative Arts and a Certificate in Business from Queen’s University, and a Master’s in Drama, Theatre & Performance Studies from the University of Toronto. She is currently the Festival Administrator for The Kick & Push Festival, Bookkeeper for Generator, and Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Kingston Arts Council. Her recent work includes Quality Assurance for the Cohort coding framework, Production Manager for Single Thread’s Virtual Ambrose, UX Designer for The Social Within the City, and Testing Lead for adelheid’s You Are Swimming Here AR experience.

Holly Hebert (she/her) is a theatre artist with a passion for analyzing theatre in order to see it grow. She has previously written for DARTcritics.com, Intermission Magazine, and has been a participant in two installments of the New Young Reviewers program with Toronto Fringe. Being Kingston-raised, Holly loves the opportunity to engage with the theatre community in the city.

Robert Herz (he/him) is an aspiring artistic leader and marketing strategist. Currently studying marketing at Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business, Robert has established himself as an emerging creative and artistic administrator. He has held several roles, including Marketing Coordinator for The Kick & Push Festival, Head of Props for The Last Night At The Cabaret Solitare (Dan School Major), Technical Director of The Prom (Queen’s Musical Theatre), and President of Queen’s Musical Theatre.

Katie Nora Ready-Walters | Development Coordinator

Katie Nora Ready-Walters (she/her) is a Kingston-based theatre artist and writer. She creates with the goal of celebrating diverse abilities and varied ways of thinking. Katie has previously been an artist-in-residence at Theatre Passe Muraille, exploring ideas surrounding loneliness and isolation by looking into their relation to feelings of inner distance and resulting communication barriers. Katie has written for The NVLD Project, Broadway World, Intermission Magazine, and She Does The City.
